Peter Ellenshaw - In Their Glory

"In Their Glory" by Peter Ellenshaw

A Special Humanitarian Limited Edition Art Print Benefiting The Families of Lost Firefighters

Remembering those we have lost, we stand united.
Honoring their memory, we celebrate their courage.
For even in her darkest hours, the spirit of America,
like Liberty's torch, still shines over the land of the free.

"In Their Glory" by artist Peter Ellenshaw depicts New York City’s skyline as it was illuminated by fireworks for the Millennium Celebration. In the foreground is the Statue of Liberty, and in the background stand the twin towers of the World Trade Center, since destroyed in the September 11 terrorist attacks on America. "In Their Glory" represents an ongoing celebration of America’s spirit because it is during our nation’s darkest hours that our spirit shines the brightest.

All proceeds from this limited edition of 10,911 art prints will directly benefit the Uniformed Firefighters Association Widows and Children's Fund to aid the families of firefighters lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
