This image is taken from ‘Bugsy and Mugsy,’ the 1957 Looney Tunes cartoon directed by Friz Freleng and animated by Virgil Ross, Art Davis and Gerry Chiniquy.

After his rabbit hole is flooded by rain, Bugs looks for drier accommodations and ends up in a deserted house inhabited by the two gangsters, Rocky and Mugsy. In the end, Bugs teaches them that crime doesn’t pay.

Rocky and Mugsy appeared in just a few classic Looney Tunes cartoons directed by Frez Freleng including ‘Bugs and Thugs’ (1954) and ‘Unmentionables’ (1963).
