"Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin," premiered August 5, 1997 only on home video. The story follows Winnie the Pooh and the other unforgettable characters from A.A. Milne's classic stories, including Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, Eeyore and Owl as they set off to "rescue" Christopher Robin and in doing so, face the grandest, most extraordinary journey of their lives.

Cel paintings are the final step in the intensely laborious process of animation. The artistic process begins with the storyboard, which illustrates the action of the script. Next, animators create pencil drawings that give life and movement to the characters. After the drawings are transferred onto acetate, the cels are meticulously hand-painted.
