Painting wildlife is sometimes a sad activity if one realizes that it means painting so many animals that are endangered. During 1998, The Year of the Tiger, This print will raise funds to contribute to CITES (The Conservation on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). CITIES is a conservation treaty signed in 1973 by 140 nations worldwide working to save the tiger and other animals and plants from extinction.
