Al Agnew - The Road Less Traveled

"There is something special about a quiet country road on an autumn morning, something that soothes the soul and delights the senses," the artist recalls. "My wife and I often walk this lane in the mornings, and it never fails to clear our minds for the day ahead. Few people live along it and we almost never see a vehicle, but we always encounter wildlife. The morning we saw this flock of gobblers was a special time, and we both knew I would have to paint the scene so indelibly pressed upon us."
