"Whether I see cardinals at our feeder or during nature walks, I have often noticed that I rarely see a lone cardinal. They seem to travel together, truly birds of a feather," the artist comments. A close observer of nature and its creatures, Al Agnew draws on his accumulated experience with wildlife when he begins thinking about a painting.
